At DaveZ 3D Printz, we take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products and ensuring every order is carefully checked before dispatch. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.

Please ensure you review all product details, sizing, colours, and product information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit

The solution provided will depend on the circumstances and will comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, please use the tracking information provided to monitor its progress. If you believe your parcel has been lost, contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.

Refunds are not provided for shipping delays that are outside of our control.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are generally not available.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by Australian Consumer Law.
