What do you sell?

We specialise in high-quality 3D printed products, including figurines, fidget toys, sensory items, home décor, cake toppers, personalised gifts, and custom-made creations. Our range is always growing, so be sure to check back regularly for new products.


How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are designed, printed, quality checked, and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Custom and bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity and quantity required.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro Areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether you're looking for a personalised gift, custom cake topper, unique figurine, business promotional item, or a special design, we'd be happy to discuss your project.

Please contact us with as much information as possible, including reference images if available.


Can you print my own design or STL file?

In many cases, yes. If you already have an STL file or design you'd like printed, contact us with the details and we'll let you know if we're able to produce it.

Please ensure you have permission or the appropriate licence to use any files you provide.


What material do you use?

Most of our products are printed using high-quality PLA filament, which is durable, lightweight, and environmentally friendlier than many other plastics. Material type may vary depending on the product and intended use.


Are your products suitable for children?

Many of our products are suitable for children; however, some items may contain small parts and are not recommended for young children without adult supervision. Please read individual product descriptions for age recommendations and safety information.


Can I request a specific colour?

Absolutely! Many of our products can be printed in different colours. If you have a specific colour request, please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout.


Do you offer bulk or event orders?

Yes. We can accommodate larger orders for birthdays, schools, businesses, markets, fundraising events, and special occasions. Contact us for a personalised quote.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If production has not yet started, we may be able to modify or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once printing has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.


My item looks slightly different from the photos. Is this normal?

Yes. As all items are individually 3D printed, minor variations in colour, finish, and layer lines may occur. These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique.
