Turnaround Time & Shipping Information

At our family-run 3D printing business, we work hard to ensure your orders are produced and dispatched as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Production Turnaround Time

Most orders are designed, printed, quality checked, and dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that turnaround times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or for large custom orders. If your order requires additional production time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom designs, personalised products, and larger bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the size and complexity of the project. We recommend placing these orders early if they are needed for a specific event or occasion.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and your location.

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post a trusted courier service Or Other courier partners as required. 

The courier used for your order will depend on your location, parcel size, and the most efficient delivery option available.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:

-Metro Areas: 2–7 business days

-Regional Areas: 3–10 business days

-Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
