Welcome to DaveZ 3D Printz. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
DaveZ 3D Printz is a home-based Australian business specialising in 3D printed products, including figurines, sensory items, fidgets, home décor, cake toppers, personalised products, and custom-made designs.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of the printing process, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, and visible layer lines may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Product colours may vary slightly from images displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalised products are created according to the information provided by the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, names, colours, and design details submitted are accurate before production begins.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Production Time
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Production times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or for large and custom orders. Any significant delays will be communicated to customers as soon as possible.
5. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services, including Australia Post, Aramex, Sendle, and other courier partners when required.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, public holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the issue to assist in resolving the matter.
Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits will be provided at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
Customers must ensure they have the appropriate rights, permissions, or licences for any files, designs, logos, images, or content supplied for custom printing.
DaveZ 3D Printz reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or violate applicable laws.
8. Product Safety
Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and for their intended purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaveZ 3D Printz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for processing orders, customer service, and communication regarding purchases.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, or comply with legal obligations.
